Of recent happenings....

Never knew how it feels to belong to a nation that wins 14 golds at the Olympics for the first time. And when that anthem plays and the flag rises, it brings tears and immense pride. Victory has its own charm.

Never knew sitting in the front row of a coach could ever be so exciting. The view from it was just waoo. Montreal now feels like the closing games last night, beautiful and memorable.

Never knew he'd be the one, the only one so far. Sachin, the true glory.

Never knew hearing that one name perform could change the day. Only they have the power to scream and still intrigue you - NICKELBACK.

Never knew she was waiting, happy birthday <3

From those freezing n windy winters to these calm & rainy days,

From almost being there to finally being there,

Almost there....

At the end of another eventful year. One more done..!! Three of the four knocked out...!!! Is it really?? Zooooom......is the way this year has been. Hard to believe, even harder to digest the speed of this ride. Here it is!! Here it is!!!

Seems like just a blink of few minutes and what comes to mind are those days when things newly kicked off. How a few things were so raw, so naive, so innocent. Seems like a modified and mature planet as of today. The chilling and the fun still continues, its just a closer knit of people now. The beauty buildings still shine and stand beautiful, but nobody looks at them in the same way anymore. Each day still has its story to tell, but who cares narrating it. The hangouts, crabby's was at the max, this year. The parties, the lib outs, the stay overs, and the campus events. Not to forget, farewell to a few close friends, who would be considered a rare species in our vicinity from now on.

How much we have learned and how much we have grown.

What remains are memoirs of good times, amazing people, and a super-rocking experience.

And Boy, what a ride this has been!!!

Day One, Sem Six

The Christmas holidays ended perfectly with Swets hitting the end note last night by visiting home. Not to forget the drink, the camera and the food!!! But honestly it felt great to see her back and talk our normal things. Missed her throughout!!! Feels like part of me is back. Ye!!

Its back to the academic term, back to the routine,back to the classes and the profs, back to accommodating the work, the talks and the time out !! Back to the North building days and the Tim Hortons line ups!!

This is a new beginning of the year for me. First day of the new term called for lunch randomly out of the schedule. It worked well though!!! The trio...2 of my closest friends and me....."Dil Chahta Hai" types!!! Had one of those days that would go down memory lane...the fun, the teasing, the yaps, the road, the laughs and the perfect friends:D:D In short, it was one day i would cherish!!!

After the exams, its the getting-back-the-marks season. With university standards set up high, its a world where everybody wants to do well. Where everyone wants to stay above the class mean. Sometimes they are happy and sometimes not. More than one's own performance, people tend to react based on how other people do.

You do well, your on planet Mars. You barely care about the rest. You did it...time to party!!

If you screw up or if you are having a bad day, your close to crap. Your in a helpless and desperate state. The worst part is you can't do anything about it. Guess what, you simply have one midterm for the course and so you gotta accept it.Too bad, you don't stand a second chance. If it were your friend, what would you say?? Would you be sympathetic or would you tell him, he didn't put in enough efforts. What if it were you? What would you expect your friend to say to you?

Phewww....

What a day it has been -Started off crap, cooled midway, blazzed at the end....phewww...thats the way its always been,and guess what,i like extremes, love it this way.
Had a not so good conversation with my team lead,12 am, was pissed coz he moved my space...which i didn't approve of..but then he realised there was something wrong...came spoke to me..and i was like...fine..i m cool..and then on..it was indeed cool, things went well.

The moment you begin to accept things as they are, be happy with what you have and stay content....thats when things are all under control. But the question is....are we always happy with what we have??? Nahh...we want more!!! More space, more fun, more marks, more love. AHh...have ya thought of a way to handle it? i am still searching!

Then there are these few people, whose impact of like a line or two means the world....hell ya, it does!!! Ever thought of how a child feels when he sees the phoogawala(balloon seller, in mumbai ki small streets...kids go crazyy).Bad analogy, but thats all i can think think of rt now. Today ive heard from him(friend, guru, competitor, inspiration...all the good things you cud think of, one who teases you to life), and hes doing well, that means a ton, I am glad.

Ok so i was about to publish post but guess what, something else happens, ohh good lord, the worst i could imagine, that past was revived..those memories...how they hurt each time, content supressed for ease.

Aww too much dramatics here, miss ya gujju:PP(loved the convo i had with you gurl, gets me back on track, each time).
